The success of the EP program has confirmed our strong belief that children want to recognize themselves and others as worthy of respect. When they gain this perspective, acting respectfully becomes a natural and positive habit.

Classes such as “Expressions of Respect,” “Making Good Decisions,” and “Conflict Prevention and Conflict Resolution” quickly create respectful student attitudes and make positive actions a habit, as students recognize the POWER Qualities within themselves—courage, discipline, compassion, perseverance, strength, patience, and so many others.
